Mary E. Rodman Elementary School
The Mary E Rodman Elementary School project involves a renovation and addition that will transform the 1950s building into a top-tier educational facility. The scope of work includes a full gut and renovation to the original structure and additions to meet programmatic needs while providing a welcoming entrance along W. Mulberry Street.
The renovation and addition will incorporate updated curriculum spaces such as open collaboration learning spaces, state of the art interactive technology, and expanded stage and cafetorium spaces. MCN Build worked with SEI, MSA, and the 21st Century to incorporate over $1M in value engineering to meet the overall program budget needs. This project is tracking LEED Gold.
