Marlow Heights Community Center

The MCN | VMDO design-build team won the Marlow Heights Community Center replacement project in Prince George’s County! The 22,000 SF multi-generational community center will consist of a gymnasium, a fitness center, a multi-purpose room, a teen room, a group fitness studio, and a community meeting room with a warming kitchen. The center will provide an array of programs simultaneously to serve the recreation and leisure needs and interests of an entire family. The project’s substantial completion is June 2023.
