Lubber Run Community Center

The Lubber Run Community Center is a brand-new 60,000 SF facility with a 50,000 SF underground parking structure, outdoor courts, and play spaces. As a part of the FY 2017 – 2026 Capital Improvement Plan, the new community center invigorates the surrounding neighborhoods with programs for community members of all ages, including a pre-school and senior center. The brand new community center is Net Zero Ready and seeking LEED Gold Certification.
